IMPROVE YOUR FITNESS

There are many people out there making excuses as to why they dont have time to exercise, they tell themselves they're too busy, too tired, and their favorite word that comes out of their mouth is "tomorrow". Well...truth is, your body is your temple, treat it with respect, the way it should be treated. Here you will learn how to make "tomorrow" be in the past tense and present tense.

Step1

- Take a picture of yourself, put it on the edge of your mirror, as you do wave goodbye because that's you in day 1. Say goodbye to him, the goal here is to never be the person you were when you started.

Step 2

- You must be prepared mentally before you physically start with your workouts. This will be a painful road, however, the pain means you're doing it right. The soreness that you will feel will tell you which parts of your body were asleep and which ones are waking up.

Step 3

- Get off your ass.

It is proven that exercise not only has a physical impact on the individual, but it also affects him/her mentally.

At least 30 min worth of daily exercise can release natural chemicals in your body which makes the athlete feel happier. Not only does it fundament happiness, but it also boosts self esteem, since you will look better, you will begin to feel better about yourself.

There are many ways in which you can exercise, it does not have to happen in a gym, anyone can easily run 5km in 30 min. The average runner burns 300-400 calories in a 5km run. If this is successfully combined with a healthy diet you will have a healthy body along with a healthy mind.

Exercise also helps people to concentrate better. I can feel that raise coming in your job. Also say goodbye to the sleepless nights, for it will also help you sleep better.
